Googold.com ships throughout the European Union and many other non-EU countries including USA, Japan, Switzerland, Canada. The shipping is free in all the European Union for orders > 100 €.
For reasons related to the particular nature of the products processed Googold.com not export to countries where in its sole discretion are not guaranteed the security conditions necessary for the transit and delivery of values.
Customers in countries where it is not allowed to make shipments will not be able to proceed to further orders of the site.
Shipments are made via courier with guaranteed delivery.
Given the particularities of products shipped, the package is anonymous.
A dispatch to the customer will receive an email with the information to control at all times the geographical location of the parcel through special links on the website of the courier himself. The service has not been made by © Googold.com that, therefore, does not guarantee in any way the use or the accuracy of the information given.
For removal of each consignment is required the signature of an adult. The shipping address is specified by the customer during the issuing of the order, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
In no case will be made shipments to PO boxes, mail boxes and the like.
Note :
- EU . The charges related to shipments made within the EU are inclusive of VAT at the rate applicable in Italy and no other charge is debited to the customer. Free shipping cost for orders > 100 €.
- Shipping area outside the EU. Shipments of jewelry with destination outside the 'EU area are effected without any charge or fee imposed by the Googold.com.
It's total liability of the customer to pay for any customs fees, taxes on value added or expenses caused to their country of residence, including in relation to any returns.
